BRAZILIAN ICED CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENT:
- 500 cc hot milk
- 125 g sugar
- 2 table tea instant coffee
- 25 g cocoa powder, 250 cc bowling water melted and cooled
- 100 cc fresh cream
for topping:
- whipping cream
- ice cream mocha
- sliced chocolate bar
DIRECTION:
- heat milk and sugar to a boil
- remove and let cool
- melted cocoa cool and and coffee cool, stir well
- put in ice cream in glass and pour the mixture on top
- put in whipping cream
- garnished with sliced cocoa
for 4 glass
