BRAZILIAN ICED CHOCOLATE

 

 

INGREDIENT:

  • 500 cc hot milk
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 table tea instant coffee
  • 25 g cocoa powder, 250 cc bowling water melted and cooled
  • 100 cc fresh cream

for topping:

  • whipping cream
  • ice cream mocha
  • sliced chocolate bar

DIRECTION:

  1. heat milk and sugar to a boil
  2. remove and let cool
  3. melted cocoa cool and and coffee cool, stir well
  4. put in ice cream in glass and pour the mixture on top
  5. put in whipping cream
  6. garnished with sliced cocoa

for 4 glass
