RECIPES BANANA BONGKO
INGREDIENTS:
- 10-20 plantain / kepok old and mature
- 100 cc of boiling water
- 200 g rice flour
- 25 g of starch
- 150 g sugar

- 500 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut boiled until warm

HOW TO MAKE:
- peeled bananas, cut into 2 then cut into 1/2 cm
- Pour boiling water into a mixture of rice flour and starch while stirring
- enter the sugar, salt, vanilla and warm coconut milk
- stir the batter until blended bananas and enter into it
- prepare a banana leaf
- Pour 2 tablespoons batter bananas
- then pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter of flour, milk, salt
