appels cake recipe
ingredients :
- 225 g margarine / butter
- 225 confectioners' sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 250 g flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 350 g apples, peeled, cut thin, lengthwise according to the length of apples, steamed for 5 minutes.
How to make :
- whipped margarine and sugar until smooth, then enter the eggs one by one while continuing to be shaken. after lumpy enter vanilla. after average insert mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. stir slowly until the dough is smooth.
- Pour batter into pan measuring 3 x 20 x 20 cm that has spread with margarine and sprinkled with flour. bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees C until 2/4 cooked. remove the pan from the oven. then arrange apple slices on top in parallel, then bake in the oven until soft and brown brownish yellow.
