Marsipan Cake Recipe
Ingredients :
- 200 g margarine or butter
- 255 g sugar palm sugar
- 4 eggs
- 275 g flour
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda pressed
- 300 g sukade, diced small
- 125 cc of milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 50 cc jams (pineapple)
marsipan;
- 250 g tonsils powder
- 250g icing sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How to make ;
- whipped margarine / butter along with brown sugar to rise.
- then enter the egg yolks one by one into it.Shake continues until dough rises and lumpy.
- mix and stir until smooth: flour, ground nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, and baking soda.
- take a little of this mixture and stir together with a mixture of raisins and sukade.then enter the flour mixture little by little into the batter whipped butter.
- then also enter the milk and honey. stir well.add raisins and mix sukade already smeared with flour.
- stir slowly until the dough is smooth.
marsipan:
- tonsils mixed powder, powdered sugar and beaten eggs.
- enter the lime juice.
- stir until well blended dough
- minced 1/2 portion of dough thickness 1/2 cm thick dough shaped bubble diameter of 22 cm.
- prepared baking pan diameter 22 cm already smeared with mergarin and floured.

- then pour the remaining flour mixture into the pan.
- bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 90 minutes until cooked.
- remove and set aside to cool.
- marsipan remainder milled round shape with a diameter of 22 cm.

- rubbing the surface of the cake with peanut butter, then put on top marsipan sheet to cover the surface of the cake.
- Also set round - Rounded marsipan thereon.
- grilled again in the oven at low heat for 5 minutes until brownish color - brown, remove from heat.
