mocha custard




ingredients:

  • 25 g cornstarch
  • 25 kg flour custard <can be purchased in stores>
  • 1100 cc liquid milk
  • 100 g sugar made caramel
  • 4 egg yolks whipped briefly
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee diluted with a little milk
  • 2 tablespoons cream danish
  • 2 tablespoons rhum / liquer
  • whipped cream as a garnish



How to make:

  1. mix cornmeal, flour custard
  2. Dilute with a little milk, set aside
  3. cook the remaining milk with sugar to a boil, remove from heat set aside
  4. meanwhile make the caramel, then pour the caramel into the boiled milk
  5. stir until caramel dissolves
  6. enter starch solution into a solution of caramel
  7. stir until flour dissolves
  8. then enter the entire mixture into the beaten egg
  9. stir until all ingredients are well blended
  10. simmer over low heat, stirring constantly
  11. insert instant coffee
  12. then enter cream
  13. stir until cool then enter rhum / liquer
  14. pour into a small bowl or cup
