fresh apple mousse recipe (mus apples)
 ingredients:
-  5 pieces of green apples peeled cut into small pieces
-  100 g sugar
-  75 cc of water to boil
-  100 g gelatin dissolved in 3 tablespoons hot water
-  2 tablespoons lemon juice
-  2 tablespoons krisch / rhum
-  100 cc whipped cream
 How to make:
-  poached apple with sugar and water until the apples cooked, lift
-  insert into it a solution of gelatin, stirring until smooth let it cool
-  after the dough is really cold puree with a mixer
-  enter the lime juice into it
-  enter it into the refrigerator while occasionally stirred
-  after the dough begins to freeze enter the kirsch and whipped cream
-  stir until smooth
