bowl pie recipe
ingredients:
- 50 g butter
- 100 g margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 225 g flour
- approximately 5-6 tablespoons ice water
How to make:
- mixed together: butter, margarine, salt and flour
- stir by using two knives as a slashing motion
- after grains such as sand pour ice water bit by bit
- knead the dough until clot
- save it into the fridge for about 15 minutes
- remove the dough is ready thinned by grinding and filled
