ingredients :
- 150g icing sugar
- 125 gr butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon orange peel powder
- 400 g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten, for greasing

How to make ;
- cream the butter and sugar until creamy.
then enter the eggs, egg yolks and orange peel.
stir well. mixed together: flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder. after average, enter it into the egg mixture stirring. - batter roll it out little by little pencil-shaped 10 cm long. bend both ends of the fence in that spiral. spread the whipped egg mixture. then sprinkle sesame.
- bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. remove and let cool
to 700 g
