Evergreens cake

ingredients:

  • 375 gr wheat chakra

  • 7 tablespoons powdered sugar

glaze:

  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • Egg white 1/2
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice

how to make: 

  1. sift together: flour, fermipan and milk powder, and then enter the sugar, stirring until smooth, put margarine / butter and stir while knead until dough is grainy. 
  2. enter the egg and knead hold while you pour water into it little by little until the dough is smooth. 
  3. so the batter forms a circle, cover with wet wipes and leave for 60 minutes until the dough.
